Conveyance: The process for buying and selling property is both exciting and stressful!  Whilst a niche firm, selling/transferring property is an integral part of the probate process. Rather than referring our client’s to another firm, we are now offering this service in house.

We can also assist with straightforward purchases where a mortgage is not required.

Our process start at £450 plus VAT and disbursements for a straightforward freehold sale.  More complex sales involving freehold are charged at £750 plus VAT and disbursements.
